Greetings Bungie. I have noticed that with your recent game, Destiny, there are several key things in the game that I find disturbing. You appear to have stolen ideas from other games, more specifically Halo. I am unsure if you got the rights to do this from 343 Industries, unknowingly stole the ideas, or if you knowingly stole these ideas and pretended not to know, you must confess to these acts of copyright infringement. For starters, the Ghost. This Ghost may look like it is an original concept, HOWEVER, this concept was already created by 343 Industries back in 2001, in Halo: Combat Evolved. This character, the Ghost, is based off Halo's 343 Guilty Spark! Both of these characters float, look very similar, and talk to the main protagonist in the game. Coincidence? I think not! Secondly, Earth. You clearly stole the concept of Earth being invaded from 343 Industries 2004 game Halo 2, when the Covenant invaded Earth. You make it seem like the Fallen invading Earth is a relatively original concept, when it is not. You stole this idea from 343 Industries yet again. Which brings me to my third point, the Fallen. The Fallen are very similar to the Covenant in the Halo series by 343 Industries. Why do the Vandals in the Fallen act so much like the Elites in the Covenant? They fight like the Elites, talk similar, and even have cloaking devices. These are red flags right here, Bungie. The Dregs act like Grunts, the Shanks are like Drones, need I go on Bungie? My next point is very important as this a huge act of plagiarism. You do know plagiarism is illegal, Bungie? You may have not stolen this from 343 Industries, but every word used in your game has been published years ago. Have you ever read the dictionary, Bungie? Have you? Not only have you shown complete disregard to Merriam Webster, you have shown complete disregard to the LAW. My last point I would like to make is the title of your game and the Traveler. I will have you know Bungie that I have played through every single Halo game and I have seen the poster in Halo 3: ODST that says Destiny awaits. 343 Industries developed the idea of the name Destiny and the Traveler and you stole this idea from 343 Industries. Bungie, this is clear copyright infringement and I assume that you owe money to 343 Industries due to this disregard of Intellectual Properties. Bungie, I know you haven't made a game since Marathon but stop stealing people's ideas. I know you have been off the field of developing for a while but please make your own ideas. Bungie, I expected better from you. Thieves.
