We are currently looking into an issue wherein certain users are experiencing repeated disconnects and receiving the 'Baboon' error code. If you are frequently hitting this error, [u]especially[/u] if you're seeing it repeatedly on a wired connection, we need your help!
Please either reply to this topic with the following information or PM [url=http://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/5297165]BNGhelp[/url] with the following information:
- How many times you've hit the 'baboon' error
- Where you are located, and if you are connected to a home or public (campus, etc.) network
- Your PSN username
- Your ISP
- Type of networking setup (cable modem, router, etc.)
- Results of a [url]http://www.pingtest.net/[/url] test

Hi. I had zero errors during the beta, but have had a lot of issues since release (bought it on release day). -- How many times I've received the error: I play every day, and probably average about an hour a day of playing (more on weekends). Sometimes, I will hit the error ten times. Other times, I won't hit it at all. Overall, I've probably hit it about 100 times. I should note that while it is by far the most common error I receive, I have also received elk about 10 times, kingfisher twice, bee once, and centipede probably 3-4 times. -- Location: Auckland, New Zealand. Home network. -- XBOX ONE username: MtroidPrncss -- ISP: Vodafone New Zealand (VDSL) -- Setup: modem-router Huawei HG659 for VDSL (provided by Vodafone).
