It kind of sucks when you have a good game, be it on the losing or winning team, and you get nothing to show for it. I mean you work hard and you get nothing while your teammates get ingrams and items. I understand that the loot system, but it would be nice to give players who put in more effort something more concrete as for winning, instead of just +15 reputation, and an extra crucible mark (when theres a cap).
