tranfer account from 360 to ps4?

How do i transfer my destiny profile from 360 to ps4? I have the game for both consoles. I cant find a tutorial or anything. Any help appreciated.

You only can transfer profiles that are in the same console family. So you can't get your 360 character to ps4.
