The Bad Juju: A weapon that certainly takes its name seriously. Bungie, please help this weapon...

So I recently acquired the Bad Juju Pulse Rifle, and while I do still like the weapon a little, it leaves far too much for the want. It starts off with high RoF (Rate of Fire), minimal impact, and a sad 15-round mag. Normally, with low impact weapons, you would wanna give them MORE rounds per mag. This is not the case with the Juju. But that's not the worst part... I just got the Exotic upgrade, String of Curses, unlocked. Here's how it really works: When you kill an enemy with Juju, the magazine immediately resets and Juju is given a 20% damage buff for 5 seconds (buff does not stack per kill). This sounds kinda nice, except for when you are facing enemies who can take more than the Juju's 15 rounds of still-low damage (even with precision damage). Also, if you get a kill with the first or second bullet in the three round burst, the magazine resets off of the killing bullet, then fires the rest of the burst from the fresh mag, so sometimes, you may end up only having 14 or even 13 rounds for the next victim. Overall, the Bad Juju is bad. It offers far too little to be considered an Exotic weapon. What it needs is an impact buff, or possibly make the instant reload a permanent passive buff, rather than a kill-activated one. For an Exotic weapon that requires people to bust their butts a little, doing 25 strike missions, waiting for Cthulu to show up on Friday, and then grinding out Crucible kill exp, (where, even as a decent player, you may average 500 exp on a bad match and 1,000 on a good one) this weapon should be worth the work put into getting it. But, right now, it just isn't worth all of the hard work spent trying to obtain it in the first place. As it stands right now, I would NOT recommend anybody getting this weapon, or "Toland's Legacy" Exotic bounty at all.

The problem isnt Bad juju itself. It's a poor design for Pulse Rifles. Most of them all have High RoF and Medicore Stablility(except upgrade that add statbility)to make you to deal stable damage. But it cost Bullet Damage and Impact have to be low to balance or it would be overpowered in PVP. So what bungie need to do is buff Pulse Rifle Bullet Damage by 10% and nerf Auto Rifle damage by 10% to make Pulse Rifle useful in ANYWHERE. Especially HIGH LEVEL Strike and Raid.
