I would second this idea. The world of Destiny DESPERATELY needs something to make it more alive and interactive. Adding invasion events that change the dynamics of the zones (or adds a new zone that is open only during the event) would be a great improvement and give people to more to do. Said events could run either two different days a week or during weekends. Perhaps for each area (or one area if they were to add a zone specifically for the event) they would have a friendly 'beach head' or 'defensive zone' where the Tower Guardian leaders and a bunch of NPC Guardians have set up shop to combat the threats. This would act as sort of a 'micro Tower' where you would be able to get new bounty missions, take part in 'hold the line' public events and other fun stuff that would help the world and characters feel more alive as well as turning in quests for rewards and reputation (As well as engrams from world drops). All in all, we just really need to have something else to do that breaks up the monotony of Strike/Crucible grinding.
