Ok, try going to your dashboard, then head to games. From there, search for Destiny, make sure the disk is in the console, from there it should give you an option to download it. Start downloading, wait till its done and then play. If you have any problems after that feel free to blame Bungie, thats what I've been doing the for the past 2 weeks because they decided that their -blam!-ing cocsuckers who wont -blam!-ing address the error codes in their own -blam!-ing game!!! God I -blam!-ing hate you Bungie, you bunch of lazy cocsucking retards! Good luck on the download though friend.
