Hi there Bungie, first off I love the game. Very addictive gameplay, enjoyable experience when connected. I'm running in to a problem where I get kicked from my fire teams regardless of the activity we are doing. Sometimes even from orbit I'm kicked to the title screen. I have difficulty farming even by myself because I get kicked so frequently, sometimes 6+ times in a single strike. I am unsure of what to do about this. If it helps, I am in the IT/Networking field and you do not need to use layman's terms for me. I have tried Wi-Fi as well as Ethernet connections, and my PS4 is in the DMZ for my modem/router gateway combination (One of Comcast's mediocre Arris units...I will be buying my own Docsis 3.0 compatible unit shortly) yet I still get dropped constantly. This is the ONLY game I have this issue with, though Comcast are far from perfect. What should I do here? Is this just a common, known issue? Do you have suggestions on some obscure setting somewhere? Is this related to a patch and will be resolved? Is it a known issue with Arris units specifically? Please advise.
