Is it worth buying the Exotic Engram?
Pretty straight forward, is it worth buying the exotic Engram off the salesman who comes on the weekends to sell exotic things? It costs a ton of motes of lights and I'm curious if anyone actually gets something exotic from it or something really good?

Put it this way; What else would you spend Mote of Light on? The class items the Speaker sell are trash and Emblems aren't worth a thing (even Vanguard Class Vendors have better which sell for Glimmer). It's pointless to not get the Engram.

You get an exoctic i got exoctic warlock chest plate armour.luckily it is for the class i am playing as.but can gt it for others which would be annoying.

It's a guaranteed exotic. Just for any class.

I got an exotic hunter chest piece for hunter for my Titan. I will play hunter eventually but not warlock. Anyone know what you get for exotic dismantle.

You probably wont get an item for the right class but what else are you going to do with motes? This is the only useful thing we can spend them on.

9 RepliesI'd say hell no. I bought 2, got titan chest and hunter chest.. I'm a warlock. 46 motes of light wasted. Will never buy exotic engrams again.

unless you are going to run 3 level 20+ different race characters then i wouldnt bother, its totally random what exotic item you get from it so if i wouldnt bother wasting the light tbh

Just bought it. I main a Titan and I got a Titan chest piece. Have to decide whether I want to use that instead of my Exotic helmet though, since you can only wear 1 piece of Exotic armour at a time.
