Constant Disconnects, Multiple Connection Errors, Time Warner to blame?
Is anyone else on Time Warner Cable and having constant disconnects tonight? Usually my connection is fine, with the occasional disconnect every couple hours or so with a caterpillar error (not optimal, but bearable), but tonight I've gotten disconnected about every 10 minutes, I get disconnected with a bee error code mostly, but I've also seen anteater, cockatiel, canary, fly, baboon, and rabbit for the first time tonight. Does anyone have any solutions?

I have Verizon and have the same problem.. The other day I was disconnected 10 times within a half hour and that's not counting all the times before that.. When I get kicked from destiny server, my xbox freezes, then my internet gets knocked out. Once I go to dashboard my internet pops back on and once I get back on Destiny it knocks out my internet and the process continues. This is just ridiculous and doesn't make since.

1 ReplyI'm always ready to heap scorn upon TWC, but it may just be a busy night on the server side or they're doing some maintenance perhaps.

I have time warner as well. But I have no issues. Only been disconnected twice since the launch

Edited by FalconCA: 9/20/2014 11:36:53 AMYeah, TWC in SoCal (San Fernando Valley) I've been having issues for a while now. Mostly bee, sometimes, rabbit, and lion. I get top speeds of ~100Mbps down/5Mbps up, my PSN and PSN Chat connections don't disconnect and I don't get kicked out of the game, just back into orbit. I'm an IT guy, specifically a network technician and have followed all the advice I've found, forwarded all the ports, firewall is completely off and I've been consistently getting disconnected tonight. I've even turned off all wifi devices in my house. Usually, this happens when someone starts streaming netflix, but when I stop it, I'll be fine. Not tonight though. Worst disconnects ever. I need serious help. I'm super frustrated.

Edited by TuTone: 9/20/2014 11:05:56 AMI have TWC and I had nothing but trouble yesterday morning trying to play. Got disconnected about 5 times trying to do patrol missions on mars. I even hooked my xbone straight to my router (usually use wifi) and still had the same problem. Usually code lion, sometimes code bee. The first week of release I had no problems. Now I'm getting disconnected all the time. Edit: I actually plan on calling them today if the problem persists.

I have twc. No connection problems here. Haven't dropped once since launch.

Even during the Beta I was having some trouble... Right now I can play a few rounds and some times i get booted. but 99.99% of the time I CAN NOT get into the city... so im just trashing every thing i get... this SUCKS! I only get one error code. My PS is in the DMZ, all ports are FWD. I have done every thing. I can play all my other games just fine... BF4 and Dust514 with no problems. I think its a mix of Bungie and TWC not working together on the PS platform. because my coworker is on the CrapBox and has no connection issues...
