This, there is nothing unfair about the top player getting the best items. Items don't even matter pvp wise since iron banner isn't out and even then you dont have to play it. All equips function more or less the with level advantages disabled. Really this is just limiting pve by using an rng system that could potentially have you at the same level for months preventing you from playing nightfall strikes and the like. Honestly the only grind aspect of this game should be bounties
