So I log on today and my buddies are telling me how Xur is doing a material exchange for strange coins. Surprise, he is NOT allowing me to exchange materials. I've logged out and restarted my game and nothing works. I tried looking for answers online but most responses are for people griping how they can't make glimmer or get the materials (at least you have the opportunity)! So now i'm stuck between a rock and a hard place because Bungie is pretty much allowing people to get an advantage over other players for no reason. I've overlooked the other hiccups in this game but this is absolutely absurd.
