Lets be Honest.... [What needs to be Fixed]

Destiny is great, to a degree. I been playing for hours with friends and destroying PvP with huge sprees and etc... But the game has some very obvious flaws that i can't believe haven't been addressed by Bungie. For starters: -Match-Making in Raids: Why not just turn this on? Literally using the same system that is used for strike or story missions, just allow us to play when we don't have a entire friends list of die-hards that are already at Lv 26. Help us grow our social networks by giving us this necessary option. -Skill-Matching in PvP: Now im not trying to sound like an asshole but me and my friends literally wiped the floor in PvP the last 3 days. It was so bad that we had games last 4 mins or less because the other teams quit entirely. Then randomly a team of our skill level is matched with us. Literally the only game we had a clutch win due to luck which was fun! We need something that allow high skill players to play with high skill players and not completely ruin the experience for others that are just chilling. Some kind of True Skill rating would be great to match up with other players at that skill level, maybe use something like the K/D ratio as a justification for the True-Skill level of a player and match them with others of a similar level. -The Loot System in Crucible: This is broken beyond belief, absolutely horrible. I remember playing Diablo 3 on launch when people said that loot system was broken giving you crazy amounts of useless stuff and then every now and then something better. This system is worse because its 100% random with no regard for anyone doing anything at all. I can literally leave my controller with a button for sights being aimed down, go out for hours as the game plays its self in crucible matches and i have the same amount of "chance" to get legendary loot as the MVP's for any match. The reward for being good at PvP is nothing more than being bad in PvP which goes to show that the game doesn't respect anything about the hardcore community it seems to have, surprisingly. I understand you can just shell out legendary items left and right but at least give some amount of credit towards the players. Thats the real reason people are exploiting the farming systems in the game right now, its because the game exploits us. EX: http://31.media.tumblr.com/4be3c461a5702ecd4af2bfb70784c750/tumblr_nbye4owlqN1qjaq6yo1_500.jpg https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BxxPCytIEAAhWoh.jpg:large -Bare Basic Social Features: The game has 4 emotes that are near useless to address anything, no auction house or selling pit, no random encounter PvP (1v1) challenge when roaming, no privite matches, no reply feature, no "Mic on / Mic Off" preference in matchmaking to find social fireteams, no in-game invite system that bypasses the PS4's loading screen to invite people you meet, no heat maps on Bungie.net from previous games. -Weapon Balancing: I think its completely fair to say everyone that has read this right now, has also been unfair outclassed by someone using a Fusion Rifle when you actually had the upper hand and first couple of shots to the head. There has been many, MANY times where i flank and blind side a guy with a Auto Rifle and get killed instantly because he charged his Fusion Rifle in half a second on me even though he was completely in the loss. Not only that but lets be real, Rumble is technically "Shotguns Only" as in i literally played a game where i was the only one using the main weapon while everyone else was using a Shotgun and a Fusion Rifle. (I think that this is a easy fix, don't allow special weapons to carry ammo at beginnings of games and only put ammo for it every 2 mins with heavy ammo every 4 mins or something like that) Beyond that point, shotguns are fair-ish sometimes they have alot of range other times they don't so its very iffy right now. Fusion Rifles (aka the Mid Range one hit kill from the hip) needs to be addressed, Longer Charging time, Slower rate of fire, Longer time gap between shots, two shot kills instead of one shot kills, just give us something that balances the game. I get MvP often, if i was going down to the level of using a Fusion Rifle, the game literally wouldn't be fun for me or the people i play against, let it have some amount of skill to use. -Hunter Class, Blade Dancer: Its pretty clean that people love playing hunter, mostly because its the most OP class in the game right now. The Blade Dancer literally makes you into the T-1000 from Terminator as run straight into enemy's (because your super buffed health) as you do one hit kill chains though entire fire-teams at a faction of a second. That in combination with 100% intellect and drops of orbs of light from your kills make sure that your the biggest threat to another team due to poor balancing of a games ability's. Please try to understand when something is simply not fair, because when i play with a 6 man team and we die because of a Titan, we say "Awww man we didn't see him come out of nowhere with the super" When a Warlock kills us with the super, we say "Damn couldn't jump out of the range in time!" But when the Hunter runs head first at us and activates its Super, we all know we are dead before we can run away because the T-1000 is sprinting with chain kills. These are my thoughts on the problems the game currently has. Its not a bad game but alot of things keep it from being a great game. Im sure that im not the only one that thinks this as i want to see this game get better with time, not continue on Linear position of problems just like the Monotone Dialogue the main story has... which BTW... "I don't even have time to explain why i don't have time to explain." Is a line that deserves a Golden Raspberry Award for the script. Let me know what you think, and if your going to go and fanboy me (someone that was playing along side with Bungie since 2001 on Xbox) look at a mirror for once and figure out that im on your side, the side of the consumer.

I'm a hyper - competitive player, but I can't play the crucible anymore until the game will match you up with people of the same skill level. I haven't even played every level yet and I'm constantly playing max - level players who know each level inside out. I can't even try to learn the maps because I'm basically getting spawn killed all game.

    • Agreed, would also like to add that the Loot system is complete utter trash. I've had tons of legendary engrams probably 15+ now and allI got is a single legendary sniper rifle, oh and I got a award for PVP which ws a legendary Hunter glove...Im a titan -_-
