PvP (Crucible) Imbalanced?

Hunter, while I feel is pretty balanced for PvE, should be rebalanced for PvP/Crucible. In the Crucible, it seems that defense is thrown out the window, along with a majority of stat bonuses, which I'm okay with, but then that just levels the playing field for the Hunter. At that point, I'd be okay if it was just skill of the player at that point; however, if a Hunter is even half-decent, they'll be able to build up their super and then use it. Here is when it's unfair. Where the Warlock's subclasses' supers keep him in place while throwing Nova Bomb (that can potentially split) or give him a super buff that sets things on fire for damage over time, the Hunter's gives him one of two one-hit weapons that can stay active for upwards of 30 seconds in the hands of the right player. If not for their ability to extend the timer by getting kills, this ability wouldn't be as bad as I think it is. More often than not, you'll see a Bladedancer or a Gunslinger going on a rampage getting 5-kill sprees. Titans, on the other hand, I feel, get shafted on almost everything in the game, while they do function pretty well in PvE, in PvP, I'm not entirely sure why one would play them when Warlock and Hunter seem to be significantly better. Going back to supers, Striker's Fist of Havoc is the only super out of every class and subclass that will place the player in the middle of a firefight unless it's used successfully, with every other subclass, they're perfectly fine even if they mess up their super use. His Defender super, Ward of Dawn, is really only useful for PvE, and the greatest counter to a Ward of Dawn is literally just walking away. And Defender's ability to create a Force Barrier is overshadowed by the fact that Voidwalker gets a very similar ability in that getting a melee kill will refill their health instead of getting them a bonus shield. One of my main gripes about Titans is that I don't feel like they get the advantages would imply, specifically having the most defense out of every class. If there's going to be a separation of class armors, I don't see why Titan doesn't get the most defense. I feel like this would be the most logical thing to do since the defense amount should've progressed from Titan having the most, then Warlock, and then Hunter, which is very much not the case. There are multiple ways that PvP can be rebalanced, mind you these rebalances to have to carry into PvE, in fact, I think PvE is fine with the way it is, but here's what I think should be done. Warlocks can stay the same because they seem to be the most balanced out of all the classes. Now, either one or both of the following changes should be made: Titan Striker's Fist of Havoc should have invincibility periods before and/or after usage to counter for the fact that their super is the only one to put them directly in the line of fire on miss. And Hunter Gunslinger's Golden Gun should have a finite timer for PvP, 15 seconds or maybe a little more, along with Bladedancer's Arc Blade should either get the same treatment or only be effective in a certain radius in where it is activated, similar to how Fist of Havoc only affects enemies within the radius of where the Titan Striker lands. What are your thoughts? I'm not the only one who thinks this, am I?
