The steps on Bungie do work if followed exactly. Uninstall Destiny from your system. Create a new account in the United Kingdom. You can put any address in as long as UK is the region. Put your disc in and select it to begin the update. Here is the crucial step I think people aren't doing. Once this initial update is finished, DO NO PRESS THE X BUTTON TO PLAY. Close the game and switch to your original user account. Now start the game again and press X to play. It will bring up a dialogue to install the Compatibility Pack. Do this and you should be playing soon.
