I created this spec with the idea of adding raid utility to the Hunter by adding some distraction and control effects since no other classes had any and tried to keep with the theme of the Hunter being a hunter/tracker type character by utilizing poison to weaken and traps to disable/distract enemies. The damage type for all abilities should be void.
Stasis Grenade - freezes enemies caught in the blast in place (no movement, can still fire)
Poison Grenade - causes damage and leaves a damage over time effect
Homing Mine - deployable mine that will home in on enemies that pass within a certain radius
Double Jump - same as Gunslinger
Decoy - create a stationary holograghic decoy
1 - lasts longer
2 - explodes when timer ends
3 - can move and damage enemies (clone)
Poison Dart - causes damage and leaves a damage over time effect
1 - also slows enemies
2 - kills increase movement speed
3 - precision kills resets cooldown

= Increased duration of stasis effect, Decoy explosion now has stasis effect
= Dealing poison damage heals you
= As Decoy takes damage you generate more orbs of light

= Larger explosion radius for grenades and Decoy
= Gain an additional poison dart
