I can't figure out what this ability does. It doesn't give me an over shield like i was expecting. It seems to turn on and off while I'm sprinting whenever it wants. And sprinting in tower just made it looks like a get a tiny bubble in front of me.... Doesn't seem all that useful... What does this ability actually do? Should i just stick with sprint tackle?
