I currently have a level 25 hunter on destiny and as much as I enjoy the game, there is just one aspect of it that is driving me insane. I've gotten over 6 Legendary Engrams since I started playing and yet I've never once received a piece of Legendary gear from one. Every single Legendary Engram I have opened has given me a Rare (Blue) piece of gear that is sometimes even as low as level 16... How frustrating is it that you go straight from being ecstatic about FINALLY getting a Legendary item to immediately being shot down with a terrible piece of gear. The whole concept doesn't even make sense to me. Why do Legendary Engrams even have a chance of being uncommon (green) or rare (blue) items? Legendary gear is hard enough to get as it is, we don't need more false hope. I don't even like getting "Legendary" Engrams anymore, its just annoying and a big let down. If you are just going to give me a Rare piece of gear anyways then don't get my hopes up for something better. To clarify.... I am not concerned with how many Legendary items I have, my concern lies in the way that the engram system is set up.
