Spent a day figuring this out, i redeemed some pre order codes but the items wouldn't show up, the codes where used and redeemed ok so scratched my head. Today it hit me, the items hadnt "installed" and where sat in my ready to install queue, just thought id post this in case anyone else is struggling. Dont be a noob like me!
