Elemental damage even matter in PvP?
Tried using the shorty since it's getting more popular for some reason. But I honestly hate it, fusion rifle is better.
Anyways I ask because the shotgun never seemed to do full damage even though I'll be ADS and on mark. It does fire damage. Would it have been more effective if it was only kinetic or some other type?
