This is only the first week of bungie and you're already hating on it? Are you not paying attention to the newsfeed (Which exists for a reason) Bungie is working on improvements and actually taking the ideas from US, if you have things you'd like to add/change, kindly ask for it at the "Feedback" page, being negative about Bungie on their own website isn't going to change anything aside from your impression to the rest of us.
