Fly, Fly, Fly, Fly, Bee, Bee, Centipede...-_-
I have been playing all day no issues. I decided to load up Vault of Glass to see where it was on Venus.... got nailed with FLY. So I try again I get in and I can run around for 5-6 mins then FLY. So I thought it just may be the area is being swamped. So then I try loading up Patrol on Mars FLY, Venus FLY.....Ok I'll go to the Tower BEE..... Ok this is getting stupid not Ok I'll try Earth BEE..... Really? WTF ok lets try the Tower again CENTIPEDE.....
Clearly it is not my connection or else I would have gotten these through out the day also. I live alone I am the only one on my Network and have everything open and ready (port wise)
So Bungie stop saying "There may be a problem with your network settings" Because there is not.
Because this shit is not going to FLY and you best BEE fixing you damn P2P Servers.

11 RepliesIf you are getting consistent FLY and BEE errors it means you aren't able to keep a consistent connection. This is likely due to packet loss when players are playing over WiFi, but could be a number of other things as well. If you have tried hard-wiring directly to your modem (for troubleshooting purposes) and are still having issues, you may want to contact your ISP to help. If you hard-wire directly to the modem and you no longer have BEE and FLY problems, the issue may be resolved by making some changes to your networking setup, or adding other devices back to the network to see if they are the cause of the problem.

1 ReplyThis is a huge game as far as size and how it is played it is bound to have a lot of bugs at the start. I think every game does. Thy are working on it the best they can. Just be patient and wait for them to discover how to fix the problems. GTA online was the same way when it first started out. People were constantly lagging out and glitching and Rock star did what they could. But everything is not prefect. Perfection takes time.

Like come one its been 3 weeks fix this shit bungie its really frustrating I can't wait till halo comes out lol... Thats all I have to say about that if you can't fix this problem....

I get nothing but centipede no matter what i do. Tower, Strikes, Crucible... all centipede within 5-10min. I have a exotic hand cannon bounty too, and can't get any progress toward it. I'm on the verge of selling my game, i'm desperately seeking help on this. As it stands, Defiance is looking more and more promising then Destiny right now. My router and modem are combined into one devise, so it can't be customized.

I hear you I'm getting the same messages, except it says beaver, fly, centipede, and chimpanzee this started ever since wednesday the 17th I've been able to get on orbit, then booted 2 mins later, this never happened during beta, even defiance runs well so far, Bungie is having the problems not us i'd say.

It is truly ridiculous. I come within a click of starting a strike mission and I get the oh so glorious "Bee" up on my screen. Wanna go to tower? Nope, have an error instead. But if i decide to play crucible, i can play that all day without minimal errors, maybe one or two withing a 6 hour stretch. So no story or strikes for me, only the crubile. Nothing else disconnects, 3o hours bf4 marathon, not a blip of lag, borderlands 2, go for it, CoD, killzone, sure why not. But a strike mission? forget about it. can't stay connected for more than 5 minutes at time, wired or wireless.

I am also getting:BEE,FLY, and coacoa or some crap along that last one but is also have Battlefield and have no problems with that...I get to play for like a minute or two and get BEE I really wishe they would get heir stuff together!!!!!

Count me in too. I'm so sick of this shit. I have a small window to play during the work week and its getting ruined with these bullshit codes. Why is it that Destiny is the only game out of 100+ other games I own or play that has connection issues. Common sense can answer that.

I keep getting the same issues with fly and lion but just trying to play the game normal since day one! I followed the steps of the guide and the problem still persist, and at this point the game is 100% unplayable. While this is going on every other game works perfectly including Netflix at 1080P, a Samsung Smart TV, a Samsung Galaxy S5, MacBook Pro and a 1 week old iMac plus I have the newest Comcast all in one modem wifi box out. so like the OP said as well I'm going to say it again, Bungie there is nothing for us to fix on our end! Stop telling people to change their settings and get newer boxes that is not the cause! you need to hurry up and fix your servers ASAP that's all there is to it! At this point I am very fed up with Bungie and the game!

2 RepliesEdited by TRDownShift: 9/16/2014 7:24:16 PMhaving the same issue, not sure of the exact error code, but after I play for 5~10 minutes I start getting this "attention: connecting to destiny" bar at the bottom of the screen, and it go's away and comes back a few times before I get completely kicked off the game servers, it's not my connection, I checked to make sure I wasnt getting kicked from PSN and I even ran a ping test on my computer which is on the same network and I have 0 packet loss with an average ping of 26... and this just started this morning... WTF bungie lol

For one. Laughed my ass of to your last line haha and two if agree these errors are the pre-death Of destiny. But I love this game. Why now? It was working fine for the past week. And all of a sudden stops working. It is not my network it is the Destiny servers because on my screen when I get kicked it always says connecting to destiny server.

4 RepliesThis is customer support? The forum? This must be a joke. Bungie, why can I not stay connected? Like most everyone here you (bungie) owe me and all of us an explanation or a refund. Don't get me wrong I want to play, however I can't. I play on a console because I don't want to deal with issues like this. I've now spent hours of my time attempting to fix all the different error codes. I'm sure Bungie knew/knows that it would not help. I still can't believe this is the customer support. Other players? What a joke! Bungie set up a real customer support for us, NOW. If you want my business I want a tech person from bungie to contact me or give my a way to contact them, have them walk me through every step that I'm sure I've already done and give me a real explanation and solution to the problem. This is crazy. I've been looking forward to this game for over a year. I've bought 2 T-shirts before the game came out because I just knew Destiny was going to rock. It does for 30 to 40 minutes at a time. Again my wishes are to pay for the game and play as the game is intended to play. I just can't. I'm not unreasonable, announce how much time you need to fix the issues and let the players decide to keep the game or not. But this is crap, guessing you listened to Activision on customer support (GET THE MONEY). If it is my internet company give me some ammo to fire at them. Everyone knows that they aren't going to fix anything unless I know exactly what to tell them. I don't have any issues with any other game. Did I mention that this customer support really pisses me off. WTF, this is such a disappointment,.

Been getting disconnects in Crucible since launch, always error bee. I don't have any connectivity problems (all other games I have, on PS4, Wii U, pc etc etc), I use wired internet and no packet loss. Seriously, I can't even make myself play good if I know I'll be kicked out sooner of later.

Since the game's launch I've had an issue where during a specific period of time each day, three centipedes and two caterpillars. Then it resumes working fine. It's odd. But yeah ever since the hot fix update it's been worse

Man honestly since the update I've gotten booted off the server more! I see fly bee and centipede all the time.
