I made a hunter and played solo until my friends bought the game. When they finally got it I started a titan character and we have started the story missions and the game play feels so much different the 2nd time through with a fireteam, both ways are still fun and I don't think one is better than the other. Coops perks are that you can talk to your friends the entire time, while solo you can really get into the story. This games great even if it isn't as good as it could be at launch.
