Help-Brother spent all my crucible marks and I want to sell back items

While I was AFK at my Warlock Vanguard, my brother took the controller, and bought items randomly ... is there a way I could return those items and get my marks back ?! Please tell me it is possible.

Nope. At least he didn't delete your legendary gear. I deleted my favorite blue gun on accident yesterday!
