Banned for no reason; yes I read your ban policy, still Bungie has made a mistake

My friend on the PSN network (Waffleyy) returned home from work and found himself banned. He restarted his Playstation, and it still has not gone away. There is a definite error on Bungie's side. I implore them to look into his account and correct said mistake. This is a social game, and I feel like I'm being robbed of that by my friend's arbitrary ban. I am confident that Bungie will be able to solve the issue. He is not guilty of network or console manipulation, trash talk, or any kind of offense. Bungie' policy seems to give no recourse for those who are banned because their policy is that "only the guilty are punished with a ban." Yet they are mistaken. I advocate for rectifying this dilemma. Thank you.

  • The way bungie sees it, all of us and your friend are numbers. Little numbers that are labeled 60$ once we buy the game we turn into 0 because bungie got their money and could care less
