I noticed a lot of people keep struggling on creating their own clans. It's frustrating when you simply want to create a small group of people to play with while displaying your name in pride ingame. When you start a clan you're actually just starting a group. When a group has at least three members then you will have the option in the Admin tools of allowing the group to be a playstation and/or Xbox clan. (My group had 12 members before I had that option, but I think it's only because the site/app is messed up, but don't take my word for it.) Once you have that option set, make sure to message all of your clan members and have them go to the clan'a home page to choose to make your group their official clan. (Whether it's for Xbox or playstation) Once you have a total of three clan members that did this then your clan name will be displayed in the Destiny game just as you had seen before.
