So on my sunsinger, I've noticed that especially in the crucible, scorch won't always light people on fire. I'll get the overshield and I'll see the melee special has been consumed, but no ticks for damage on my opponents. This also happens with grenades when the appropriate perk is applied. I would like to try a viking funeral build, but when it seems like a 60/40 chance of igniting people, it doesn't seem worth it. Anyone else having this issue?
