Dear Bungie

It has come to my, and everybody else's attention on your website, that one of your employees is unfit for work and doesn't hold his duties to his position. Who I'm referring to is "Community Manager" DeeJ. Since his employment started, his actions directly reflect what you hired him to do; the most recent being his highly unprofessional response to a fan in this thread: http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/69136910/0/0/1. If I were a business owner and learned that one of my employees treated a customer like this, he would not only be reprimanded but fired. On top of this, DeeJ has also managed to utilize the site's mute feature on a huge number of website users who try to give him constructive criticism on how to better improve, who tell him he may need to do more in order to meet his duties as Community Manager, and who simply disagree with him. There was also an incident months ago regarding harassment against a member and this member's infant son. DeeJ's response was essentially victim-blaming and telling the member to leave or not discuss his son if he didn't want those types of responses; he didn't issue a ban or any response to the perpetrators. So Bungie, what I'm asking from you is to seriously consider finding a replacement from DeeJ and there's plenty on this website that can agree, along with expanding upon these limited examples with far more and even some personal experiences via the PM system

    • So he used the poster's words right back on him. Don't say something to someone if you don't want it said back to you. Side note: stop defending idiots when someone reprimands them. Stop giving money to people who won't go get a job. And put a tampon in so you can stop bleeding all over the forums.

    • I am in full agreement with you because all he does is mute everyone that speaks out to him. We need a CM that takes advice headstrong am doesn't run from it by muting the people giving him constructive criticism. There is a reason that it is allied constructive. If he doesn't understand what the community needs then we need a new CM.

    • You realize his only job isn't to monitor the forums? And also, why don't you try managing thousands of posts while doing other things for the company

      • Literally every other CM was Interactive with the community, Responsive to questions/complaints, and Friendly to all(not just fanboys). They didn't use childish or petty tactics like the current CM does.
