I love Destiny and played the Alpha, Beta and own the full game. But I found that the story missions were too easy. Well maybe thats not the right way to say it. They just aren't difficult enough to last us a long time. Sure it might take some time but it doesn't seem to involve tactics when playing with your fire team, just spraying and praying. Until I saw that you can change the difficulty to hard. It brings a new level of tactics to the game. Ammo needs to be used efficiently and supers must be all timed correctly to win. I really recommend it to anyone who wants to earn their mission wins instead of just barreling through the story. Its the only way I will play Destiny from now on. That is, until I reach the Vault of Glass.

Yeah I think it's clear from Destiny the people who broke off from Bungie to join 343i were the ones who organised difficulty, especially the legendary difficulty, and the story.

Hard is to easy. My fire team off three never have a problem. We rarely die. I mean Ofcourse it takes strategy, but in all honesty I have a harder time playing halo on legendary. Than destiny on hard.

Or try using weapons that you normally don't use. I preferred auto rifles and pulses rifles and excel with them. Then I switched to scout and hand cannons and it changed the difficulty for me
