Spartans, what do you think of Destiny PvP? I can't be the only one on board.
I know there are many Halo vets (that will be referred to from now on as Spartans) that are coming to Destiny after a hiatus from our home arena shooter. While the gameplay of Destiny is quite different, I still really like it. I feel right at home with the health system, but I'm still looking for that BR-styled pulse rifle I saw in the beta. How do my fellow Spartans feel about it, and why haven't you added me on Xbox One yet?

I play a Warlock on PS4 who uses only Handcannon and Shotgun, have a k/d of 2.05, and have never EVER gone negative. Most of those deaths are attributed to being overrun due to bad teammates as well. I know this because in my Strike playlist, with two friends, I have a k/d over 4.5. Hell, in Rumble I've played 10 rounds and came in first in every one. I don't know why I am apparently inherently amazing at this game when I was just ok at halo (around a 1.5 k/d across the series), but I'm cool with it. It has also caused me to become incredibly cocky.

1 ReplyThe Shotty/Melee classic from Halo works well in Destiny. PvP seems to give out some good rewards too. Got a Legendary Engram from it. Overall, I'm really enjoying the game.

I feel like Destinys gameplay is a little similar to Halos but WAY better coming from someone who plays Battlefield a lot.

I want my classic capture the flag, dominion, and maybe big team battles Lastly I want loot rewards fixed! If you do well you should get decent gear if you run around with controller in your ass you should get shit Also I'd think it'll be pretty cute if the winner team all are dancing while losers are sitting

5 Replieson 360 and pulse rifle isnt BR standard its very jumpy even with the stability upgrades. i have been sticking to auto rifle in pvp and scout rifle in pve
