What is the point of getting a new ship if we can't even fly them
I know it's to stand out and look cooler in the loading screen, but I know that everybody was hoping we could fly through the galaxy.
At least being able to move around in the loading screen as your flying would be neat.

5 RepliesWho's to say that ships aren't just a place hold for a future update. Maybe they will add space combat like in reach or make them customizable.

If the ships are only for aesthetics then we should at least have some more customization options for them. Let us pick some colors or design our own ships. Plus when viewing them in the store why can we only see the front in the preview option? Whey can't we move them around to see all the angles? If we're not going to be able to use the ships in any way during the game other than look at them during loading screens then at least give us some more options with them.

2 RepliesFor now, aesthetics/prestige is all there can be to a new ship. But the game gives you a new one eventually (as with almost everything in the game) so buying one never seemed worth it. Anyway, aesthetics are enough for me for now. Of course it would be cool to have space warfare/air strikes, but the ships we have right now are basically spaceship puddle jumpers. Not the kind of thing to fly into a war zone with.

5 RepliesSomething needs to to happen with ships, I spent 2800 glimmer and I see no difference lol. Would be cool to call you ship in for air strikes or to roam over head on the map and blast spider tanks.

If anything, just as with weapons, ships or even ghost shells should offer a boost to your stats or resource collection.
