yeah 2 full days and some of the day before, just got error code catterpillar. You owe us Bungie. we pay for your service. Very angry player, also might i mention this is going on while xur is at tower so many may be missing out on necessary equipment or materials....

Hey guys. A fella named DataLV426 offered a great solution. This may not work for you but it fixed my Caterpillar error problem. I had to configure my ISP so that the filters which blocked P2P were set to zero. If that doesn't make sense, please read the thread here: http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/69185054/0/0/1 I couldn't play more than 5 minutes before, but now I'm up and running with no problems. I don't know if this fix is only helpful to people in Japan, but I guess the method should apply to anyone anywhere. I hope it can help you out.

Same problem on my xbox360.... I already have the problem in the bêta, and know, I juste have to try to not become crazy about it... Someboy from bungie could answer ? What is exactly caterpillar error ? Are you working on this problem ? What can we try to fix it ?

Ive always been pretty patient with new releases and online games in general but for once I'm inclined to agree with you! This is frustrating as hell! £85 to sit and look at the vast array of error connection lost code screens! Stupidly bought a digital copy so I cant get my cash back either! What a bag of bollocks this debacle is!

Try to allow P2P on your router and ISP settings, might resolve the problem.

It's been frustrating as hell, I've done everything with trying to fix my NAT Type and still i get the ERROR message time after time. I know it's a new release but they came out with the beta tested the game for this and i never ran into this problem on the, Beta. I thought think they would have at least the networking down. Fix the problem Bungie, I've always been a big fan and supporter of your games ever since Halo:CE but this is very disappointing. #XBOXONE #DESTINY #SMH
