I want to know if people still feel part of an good community.

I love Destiny, but my interactions with other players rarely go beyond the occasional dance or wave. I have enough friends that play on PS4 that I haven't had to invite many randoms to my fireteam.

The community is made up of individuals. Individuals vary. Widely. I do my best to interact with and enjoy talking with people that I find to be fun, funny, clever, interesting, or otherwise friendly to me. The rest? They are "background noise" and are here for their own reasons, find and relate to a different set of individuals, and hopefully find their own form of enjoyment from being a part of this community.

I assume it is just ironic coincidence that someone with the name "Suck the teabag" would be the one to run a poll asking how the community feels. It makes sense to me now that the advertising and per-order mania is in full swing that it will attract more of the "mainstream" of gaming: kids and trolls. Just like everything on the internet you just have to wade through the *beep* to get to the good stuff.

Absolutely! That's been more going on in the past six months than in the pay few years is say. The thing is you have to know where to look. You can't just go into #destiny or #offtopic and find cohesive community interaction
