So they just announced that if you purchase Destiny digitally on last gen consoles, that you can upgrade for free to current gen, allowing you to play on both consoles. Now I'm not usually down for complaining about things, but that's messed up. I have both systems and purchased destiny for the xone via digital download first, with every intention of buying it for the 360 as well. So the only way for people like me to play both consoles is to purchase last gen as well, knowing that for those that buy last gen first, they get their other copy for free. Had I known this was a thing, I'd have bought last gen first so that I could get the game on both consoles for the price of one. I REALLY hope that they offer the same opportunity but in a downgrade sense. Buy the game for either gen and receive the game on the other version as well. Otherwise, that's just a blatant rip off. Kinda feel cheated.
