So we know that the darkness is an ancient enemy of the traveler but we almost nothing about it. Is it a species? Is it all the enemies in destiny? Is it just random darkness? Or even some sort of disease. I hope that the darkness is an enemy by its self I want to shoot the darkness with my arcus regime. I want the darkness to be this species that is the most terrifying thing in existence. Maybe like a mission in destiny where there's a fire team of guardians some hive some fallen some vex and some cabal and all about to fight then..... The darkness arrives and everyone there just runs away the hive the cabal the vex the fallen and even the guardians because it's so devastating. And the traveler gives us this amazing light power and we can defeat the darkness. Let's say that we the guardians are fighting all the other enemies in destiny but what we don't know is that their is this real threat (the darkness) and the traveler and that is the real war that really matters and the other enemy's mean nothing when it comes to the darkness.
