Christ I'm late.
-
Lol. Thankfully it's a piece of shit.
-
Good thing mine came with one
-
I'll sell my kinect for $75!!!
-
So glad mine already came with one lol

Smart move. That way the best deal (whether you want kinect now or think you'll want it in the future) is to buy the whole console with Kinect in the first place. There by raising appeal to developers and so more games are developed for it which raises appeal to a buyer and so they buy a Kinect which raises appeal to developers and so more games are developed for it which raises appeal to a buyer and so they buy a Kinect which raises appeal to developers and so more games are developed for it which raises appeal to a buyer and so they buy a Kinect which raises appeal to developers and so more games are developed for it which raises appeal to a buyer and so they buy a Kinect which raises... And so on until Microsoft have all the money. Smart move Microsoft. *sips tea*

Edited by Bistromathics: 8/27/2014 6:38:48 PMThat's what the original sensor sold for as well, but Kinect 2.0 doesn't have the nearly as much hype that "Project Natal" did (leading to some decent sales). Still, it will help offset some of the costs of development since the markup is around 200%.

You can get them for much cheaper on amazon
-
Well it does come with a game
-
And within a year it'll be 50.
-
The XB1 with the Kinect is only another $100. That extra $50 is pretty unneccesary... but I already have one, so I don't care.

€25 for a preowned one here, mighty tempted to get it just as a spare
