Good, now that I have your attention.
I recently had some really bad shit happen in my life, and it has made me realize some things. One of which is that we need to end hostilities with #Destiny. Hear me out.
Yes, most of them act like retards. Yes, most of them make the most asinine posts ever created. Yes, they are newfomans and deserved to be hazed. But both forums have taken it too far. Who among you was never a Desticle, a Reachtard, a Threetard, or a Zanzibarbarian? Let he among you who is without sin cast cast the first stone. We have ALL been guilty of idiocy on here at one point or another.

And that was actually made back when I was less of a retard. Should have seen my "crusade" against MMJ/Explodingpiglets, though you all know him by a different name now.
We shouldn't be trying to destroy the Desticles, as we never can. They are here to stay; regardless of what we do. What we SHOULD be doing is helping them, guiding them; showing them how to become better users, and accepting them into our community. All of us were idiots at one point or another on here; so we should know firsthand that we should be teaching the newfomans, not trying to eradicate them in vain.

I actually never came to the forums to talk about any of the games bungie developed, I just found The Flood after a bit of wandering and enjoyed the random conversation. I haven't, figuratively speaking, set foot in any of the other main forums or game related private groups. Halo 3 did bring me to this website, but it's not anything I ever discussed or defended with any sort of reverence.
