So this whole Lizards thing, not good for gaming
You know this whole thing really sucks, not just for the millions of Gamers trying to play their games (that is not just on the PSN) but also the simple business man who got bomb threat.....his life could have been in danger, that just sucks.
And the worst thing, on the Lizard Squad twitter, they are posting all their own 'personal' information.....but anyone can know that it isn't them, they got their hands on all of someones personal info.....and that's really going to ruin this guy's...well day, life, all his info is there on the internet for everyone to see...it's just sad.
And the Xbox gamers, are all reaping in the Humble Brag, gamers in a total don't win in this, at all.

2 RepliesMicrosoft has dealt with the attacks for a long time. So when it hit xbox live it did go down (this was a long time ago) but they had it all fixed and backup in like 30 minutes. Microsoft just has the experience in dealing with the issue so they can respond faster. Sony is just in the beginning stages of putting everything together and will get a knack for dealing with it faster eventually. This is in no way a stab at PSN and just a simple insight.

4 RepliesMhm, I'm hoping LS receives whatever legal repercussions follow a bomb threat to a major airline. It's a scummy thing to do. Not sure what'll happen to FG though, hopefully there's something he can be charged with.

Xbox player here: Removing anyone's access to games is just low, they should be ashamed for ruining the game might of hundreds of thousands of people. Just imagine coming home from work and being unable to play that coop game with your buddies, and it's all due to some little Internet spawn of a fig tree.

1 ReplyThis whole DDoS just is an excuse for fanboys to emerge and begin their spew of hate. This isn't good for anyone. A man getting threatened isn't funny or even pleasant for anyone to hear, this network attack isn't good for Playstation fans and this organization that keeps attacking isn't good for gamers anywhere. I don't understand why some Xbox fanboys are being total ass holes by saying that the bomb threat was well deserved or that the attack was just serving out what Playstation and its fans deserved. Grow up and understand that nobody is going to benefit from this.
