The beta only has 4v4 multiplayer (as that is what 343i and the competitive community deems worthy of testing). The final game will be a full-fledged Halo title, following John-117 and a brand-new character, Spartan Jameson Locke, who has been tasked with finding an AWOL Master Chief. It will likely also come with Spartan Ops Season 2, albeit, much better than it's Halo 4 counterpart. I don't see them fu­cking that up again.
