Question for Bungie about realease....

Bungie! I live in Australia, I have taken 9/9 off work as annual leave so I can play Destiny..... Also picking up my copy at a midnight launch! My question is.. Will the servers be live when I get home?! Or do I have to wait until 9/9 12:00am American time? When will we know so I can change my time off?!!?! Thanks a lot!
