Will Destiny Be Available For Download/Install On Xbox 2 Days Before The Game's Release?

I remember reading or hearing that Destiny will be available for download/install 2 days before Destiny actually releases. Is this still true? If so, what are the details on how to do so?

This is only true for PlayStation 3 and 4. The Xbox 360 and Xbox One does not currently support digital preloading.
