I was browsing your contact us page and stumbled across a bug under the ONI & Myth Support section. The “Support Site” hyperlink should remove the “https://” from the beginning. It will not link to www.take2games.com otherwise. The site also hasn’t been updated since 2012. Bungie has moved on to bigger and better things. I would update that soon to include some Destiny related contact information. Also, the bnetbugs@bungie.com is not working. I can't send anything there.
On a side note, I’m stuck with an Xbox 360 and would love to upgrade to enjoy Destiny on an Xbox One soon *wink* *wink*
