Sword Art Online fanboys
I'm I the only one that has dreamed of game like on Sword Art Online 1 or 2... Of course I don't mean hooking up and going inside the game as cool as that would be I mean more realistic. I really thought Destiny was going to be along those lines but I guess not... But when I that one developer dives in and makes a first person MMO with amazing skill trees and character custimization I'll be sold... Maybe no one is trying to come up with a game like this because I'm the only one who wants it .. Who knows...
Edit: I do know that SAO is not possible at this point and the only things I thought would be more similar are the character custimization and the leveling system... Maybe leveling to 50 instead of 20 and 9 lvls from mods of light... And I just want to be able to make my guardian look like whatever I want him to look like... I think they have the raids just like I thought they would be and PvP is cool also... I'd just rather see more open world than shard instance and o my meeting 16 people at any given time.

SAO was amazing until the fairy crap came along. I wish Kirito made it to floor 100 instead of becoming a -blam!-ING FAIRY. I wish that sao was possible

SAO had a cool world and it was pretty to look at but plot wise it sucked and then there was that disaster where they went to fairy world.

I saw both seasons and the first was better, but if there was ever a game like sword art online that would be pretty dope but I don't think we're even close to that type of technology

3 Replies... You do know that Oculus Rift and the like aren't the same as the things they use in SAO right? Density is a Halo/Borderlands mashup, stuff like SAO/ALO/GGO isn't going to happen until someone makes a breakthrough in science/tech that allows stuff like a Dive rather than just strapping a TV screen to your face. On the other hand, you could probably kitbash a version of GGO by buying a trackpad for walking, an Oculus for your face, and a motion controller gun. Then playing CoD or Battlefield and all that. Orrrrrr You could just enjoy the show/hate on the show and carry on playing normal games.
