I suggest that there should be trading. It could be a way of helping the little people that are lower level. Instead of dismantling something that will only give you a small amount of glimmer, give it to a lower level player in exchange for glimmer, an emblem, or a shader. There are multiple reasons to trade, if you have armor that is specialized for a specific gun type, but you rarely use that kind of gun, you should be able to trade with a friend that has an armor piece specialized for your gun type.
