Trading system in the Tower (Idea!)

I understand where the idea of Guardians earning their loot as they progress derives from, but it would be a neat feature to trade items amongst your fellow Guardians. In the beta I received multiple duplicate items only to have them disassembled. I would much rather trade it to another friend or Guardian who needs it more than I do. A trading system can be implemented at the Tower where you may, along with inspecting other players, inspect their vault as well. This is when a player can send a trade request with another guardian. The other player could then receive the notification from the post or have it flash on screen. The other player will have the choice to accept or deny the trade request. A cool down of 3-5 min can be put on trading with the player to prevent spamming trade requests if he/she denies the trade. At the vaults there can be a window to showcase what the other party has offered in terms of loot and what items you may offer to trade. The window will also showcase both vaults to scan through. If the trade was accepted, the player who sent the trade request would place what item(s) they offer and select the desired loot of the other guardian. From there the other guardian would receive a notification that the trade has begun and can head to the vault to see what loot the player has offered in exchange for one or more of your items. You then select the items that the other party desires or place your own offer within the selection and finalize your decision. The player who sent the trade request would receive a notification that an offer has been placed and can view the upcoming transaction from their vault. This would be the final process where he/she may accept or deny the full trade, and the traded items would enter their perspective vaults. If the trade is denied, the player who the two players may go back and forth until a satisfactory trade is made, or one may cancel the trade process entirely if no agreement is met. This is a rough markup that can be improved upon, but I believe a trading system could be interesting within the game. Thoughts? Edit: Trading was coming, but only after launch. My idea then only reflects on how it should/might turn out. Edit 2: People seem to point to the Angry Joe interview to deny such trading systems ever happening. While said now, they did ponder the idea and economy system, and it can be born from a later update after release.

 • Won't happen, or, atleast I hope it won't. If Destiny has a trade feature you open the doors to being able to duplicate items, this is common in most games that have a trading feature Eg. Borderlands or Too Human. While "duplicating" an item might sounds great so that you and a friend both have it, it WILL get out of hand and then those nice legendary and exotic pieces we're all hunting for and putting time and effort into will become needless and boring and a waste of everyones time. Bungie are smart, we all know this, even though some brain-dead people can't see how awesome Destiny is and will be. So with Bungie being smart i'm sure that no trading will happen unless they 100000% can confirm that there will be no possible way to duplicate items through glitches such as the save glitch.
Save glitch is when the giver of an item during the trade will exit out of the game after the trade is complete but before the game is able to save the data to say they have given the item
