So question on this leveling up system? Do you think as he levels that it increases the chances of better rolls on item decodes also in that same sense better chance at legendary being rolled? Also it kind of is a let down to have to go to the tower after a strike mission to find out by him if you even got a legendary I mean part of these games is knowing that you got a rare drop before you get back to town to identify.
