Can't seem to find another post with a similar problem and I can't find a bug report page so hopefully some of you are having the same problem I am. I downloaded the beta last night and was playing this morning when I joined a game with my friend. I opened the party app and when he joined I unsnapped the app so the entire screen was Destiny. upon doing so, I lost communication with my friend. I was still in the party but I could not hear him and he could not hear me. I reshaped the party app and we could hear each other again. we then tested it with him unsnapping and the issue repeated. He commented that it may be an issue with xbox live but I had done this with Titanfall and I could communicate with my party without it being snapped. Just to make sure though, we loaded Titanfall and unsnapped the party and could talk just fine. So we just played with the party snapped. Just wanted to report this here in case anyone else is having the same issue.
