This is a minor quip , but I have noticed when riding a sparrow or any other speeder, the characters' clothes/cloak doesn't flail in the wind. It just sticks to the body as though you aren't moving at all. This has nothing to do with gameplay , but It would go along way to making the player feel cooler !
