Warlock Armbands petition
I was just hoping maybe bungie could increase the size of the armband because it actually pales to comparison with hunter and titan cosmetic items.
Hopefully all the other warlocks here can help this get heard.

EDIT: I'm fully aware there are holograms armbands. They dont show as much as the higher tier hunter/titan cosmetics (Ive seen all the color and detail)
EDIT: I'm aware we have trench coats. I'm strictly talking about the cosmetic items comparison between other classes

I'm really excited to hit level 20 and acquire full robes but I too would really appreciate the Warlock arm band being extended to a full sleeve and/or shoulder piece.

This is dumb if you don't like the way the warlocks class item is go play hunter or Titan if it this big of a deal to you. Or better yet go play a different game.

2 RepliesAgreed. Although as some others have stated, the holographic ones look kind of cool. However in the scheme of things I feel the armbands as a whole are not super noticeable compared to the other two class specific items. I remember reading somewhere that the 3 classes were supposed to be pretty distinguishable from afar however in playing the crucible a little I've found it's next to impossible to tell titans and warlocks apart even from close up. If it's not going to be changed I think they should at least be made more noticeable in some way

1 ReplyYeah, the warlock arm bands never really bothered me, till I got myself the iron banner one, equipped it and was checking it out on my character, only to then exit the menu and see a hunter with his cool ass iron banner cloak :( made me want to dismantle the band I just purchased.

So I was excited to purchase my iron banner bond. I equiped it and saw my teammates equip their cloak and the hip thing for titans. It looked so plain and basic. You cant even notice it. The only way I would notice a warlocks bond is if I inspect them. I do think it needs to be bigger. At least the entire upper arm, or some gauntlets, or the whole arm.

1 ReplyYou can get some armbands with holograms on them, granted. But they are small. And those are only rare/unique/legendary ones.

Plenty of other things would be cool as an alternative cosmetic accessory for Warlocks: a magic-infused single gauntlet, scarves/neckguards, floating magical hats, unique shoulder-pads, heck maybe even necklaces if they're shiny enough!

You should check out the north tower NPC ( the guy with all WHITE clothes) He sells really cool Armbonds.. (lvl 20) Besides... I think Warlocks have the coolest headgear in the game. We are the only ones who look like the heads of the Mechs from any anime or cartoon. ( Robotech, Gundam etc)

1 ReplyGuys, we need to remember that we have only seen class design up to level 8. From what I've seen from screenshots all 3 classes get quite specific aesthetic appeals. Right now pre level 10 everything looks quite similar but that will change. Warlocks look really awesome in their long cloth robes and rocking a glowing armband, glowing armband ... glowing. Do titans and hunters have a glowing accessory? Will they have a flame symbol on their arm flickering away as they unleash their super and buff their whole fireteam? I will agree that at these levels the armband looks pretty terrible, oh look a piece of ugly metal on my arm that I cannot see, but I know it's there. As a warlock I really like the armband, it seriously suits us. A gauntlet would seem cool but you already have gauntlets, two infact and it would just make us look terribly flamboyant, more so than we already are in our badass robes.

Totally agreed, Warlock deserve something more visible. Yesterday i spent 2K lumen for the event armband and meh... i can barely see it

The cloth armbands are the worst. The legendary iron banner one is pretty butt. The flying hawk bird one at the traveler dude is pretty great
