I think hand cannons definitely need to be retooled in this pvp landscape, they are favorite type of weapon but they have too much recoil and too much of a limited clip to have such a slow kill time, especially when compared to assault and scout rifles. I really hope bungie takes a look at post like these and at least let us know what they are thinking so I can understand where they are coming from
